Well we can't contact HostGator, as I said. So we won't have any updates on when the arcade will work again on its own. As for contacting Eric: that doesn't really work when he doesn't get on to his computer to check his emails. And I'm very capable of sending an email without a form.

Ah good news. I was beggining to give up hope on the idea that we would get any answer on whats gone wrong, but at least we know that something is going to happen. Hopefully we wont havce to start our Arcade Accounts from scratch, we will see when Eric arrives.
