I really can't say what the problem is, simply because I do not know. My guess is that the Database has been corrupted by something. It's only the Arcade Database that is having problems. I'm truly sorry about this. I've got High School to finish soon, and Eric is missing in action yet again, and I still don't have full access to the databases. There is nothing I can physically do to correct the problem. |

That's what I was afraid of. You wouldn't know if they kept anything on a backup server, would you Chris? I'm at least hoping they can restore the database, even if I have to re-register. Thunder Arcade is better than the other alternative, but I'm using it right now and you can tell the difference right away. I miss Thunder, and my members definitely miss it. Hopefully this can get ironed out soon. I do appreciate you posting to let us know that it's not just being ignored. |

tobi-ksla I've worked with HostGator before, and their support team wont do anything without the account information to sign into cPanel. I don't have that, so they are no use to me. As for Eric, he is missing in action for several months now. This seems to happen every year now - and honestly it's getting on my nerves. :/ Summer begins soon, and I will finish my work on the Thunder Shoutbox and release it to the public. After that, I may team up with Chistian to salvage what data we can from the arcade database, and begin work on Thunder Arcade 3.0 We'll have to move to a new provider, though. Hopefully we can salvage all accounts and the games you have added and work them into however we design TA3. And Jimmy, I'm really sorry. I wish I could do something to fix this problem, but I'm very limited in what I can do. |

Thank you so much Chris for letting us know what is happening. Will be a darn shame if Eric cant get back to fix things.If he does it might be an idea if he lets you have access to things. If it all goes belly up then will hope you can sort out a thunder 3. Once again,thanks Chris. |

We can't say we didn't see this coming. And we're not going to just give up on something we spent multiple years, developing and supporting... Eric has always been on and off again throughout the lifespan of Thunder Services, so this isn't anything new. "We always crawl back to the thing that made us great." - Me... just now. |

Thanks Christian. Am really hoping this can be sorted soon.Problem is that some may get impatient and opt for a different arcade.Hope not but the longer this goes on.... Hope Eric will be back soon and is okay then we can get back to normal. Might be an idea for him to let someone else have admin rights as well just in case this happens again. |
