Arcade Control Panel This is an extensive guide to using the Arcade Control Panel! For many, it has been unclear on how to do anything in the Control Panel, which is why I have created this guide on how to use it! Sign In Well the most obvious step is signing in on the Control Panel. Click Sign In above to open the Control Panel and type the information that is necessary! If you are the one that registered the Thunder Arcade account, then you do not need to type a Username. Simply type the account name and the password you chose upon registration. After you type the information, click Log In! If you have forgotten your password, simply click [ I've Forgotten my Password ]. An email will be sent to confirm, providing a link so that you can change the password to something different. ![]() Home More Coming... Image Tutorials

Home → Arcade CP CSS This page allows you to change to overall look of the Control Panel. The format is similar to Invision Power layouts; ZetaBoards' Themes will not work properly. An easy way to find a CSS that will work properly is to register at the Zathyus Support Forums and go to the [ Code Snippets ] section for Invison Free; the default CSS is below.

Home → Arcade Settings This page allows you to control a large portion of the arcade. Arcade On or Off? determines whether or not to display your arcade. When set as Off, the arcade will generate an error. When set as On, the arcade is open for play.
Top Games Ordered By determines how the Top Games should be ordered in the Arcade Statistics at the top of your arcade, from highest to lowest. When set to Times Played, the order is based upon the number of times the game has been played. When set to Times Favorited, the order is based upon the number of people who have added the game to their Favorites. Champs Selected By determines how to select the best arcade players. When set to Game Wins, players are ranked based upon the number of highscores they have. When set to Tournament Wins, players are ranked based upon the number of tournaments they have won. When set to Points, players are ranked based upon the sum of the number of highscores they have and the number of tournaments they have won. Highscore Cut-Off will limit the number of highscores that are displayed in the arcade. All scores are stores; this setting only limits the number to show on each game's highscore page. Set to 0 to display all scores. Auto Prune Scores? determines if the arcade should erase all highscores. When set to Yes, highscores will be erased automatically after a certain period of time (see Auto Prune Every, below). When set to No, highscores will not be erased automatically. Auto Prune Every is the interval of time at which Auto Prune Scores? operates. If Auto Prune Scores? is set to no, this will have no influence on the arcade. Default Category is the category that users will see when they first open the arcade. Game Sorting is the initial sorting of the games in your arcade. This will not affect individual users unless they leave their profile setting as Default. Game Order determines the direction in which Game Sorting works. Again, this will not affect individual users unless they leave their profile setting as Default. When set to Ascending, games will be ordered from lowest to highest (Symbols, 0 to 9+, A to Z, a to z). When set to Descending, games will be ordered from highest to lowest (z to a, Z to A, 9+ to 0, Symbols). Games Per Page limits the number of games shown per page. This will not affect individual users unless they leave their profile setting as Default. Scores Per Page limits the number of highscores shown per page. This will not affect individual users unless they leave their profile setting as Default. Message Board System is a setting that affects how your Arcade Templates are restored. There are different templates for each Message Board System. Board URL is one of the most important settings in the Control Panel. It is vital that it is set correctly. |

Home → Arcade Templates This page allows you to edit the visual style of the arcade. This is an advanced feature, so it is advised that you only use it if you know how to use it. The Games Template us used to lists games. It appears on the main page, individual category pages, and the favorites page. The Play Game Area Template is used to display a game for users to play. The Highscores Template is used to display a game's highscores. To edit the number of scores per page, see Scores Per Page under Arcade Settings. The Arcade Statistics Template is the section at the top of the arcade on the game listing page. It contains the Top Games, Recent Games, Recent Scores, Recent Champions, a Random Game and Category section. The Online List Template is used on every page of the arcade to display who is viewing the arcade and where they are. The Profile Page Template is used to display a user's profile. The Arcade Navigation Bar Template displays a navigation around the arcade on every page. The Arcade Error Template is displayed when the arcade encounters an error. The Settings Page Template is used when editing personal options. Some options are displayed on the Profile Page Template. The Tournament Listing Template is displayed when viewing the main page for tournaments. The Tournament Creation Template is displayed when a user wants to create their own tournament. The Tournament View Template is displayed when viewing a single tournament. It will update automatically as the tournament progresses. The Challenge Listing Template is displayed when a user checks their challenge from other users. Challenges can be disabled; see ---. The Challenge User Template is displayed when a user wants to challenge another user. The Rate Game Template is displayed when rating a certain game. The Leader Board Template is displayed when viewing the champions based on highscores, tournament wins, and the sum of the two. |
