| Thunder Services 1.0.1 These Terms of Service apply to the Thunder Services application and all of its dependencies. Definitions
By creating an account, you, the owner, make an agreement with Thunder Services to follow the these terms and conditions, as well as all changes that may be made to these terms and conditions after you create an account. Inherently, you also make an agreement with ZetaBoards.com and its TOS by having a member account on these Support Forums. 1.2 - Termination Termination is the official removal of an account and all records tied to it. In the event that an account is terminated, the agreement between you, the owner, and Thunder Services is null and void. The agreement between you, the member, and Zathyus Networks, however, is still in effect. If it is found that you, the owner, are under the age of thirteen (13), your account will be immediately terminated and your member account on these Support Forums will be deleted. Termination may occur in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, but an inactive account may also be terminated. Accounts are considered inactive when the Thunder Services application on the account has not been updated after two consecutive updates. In the event that an account is terminated, but was not in violation of these terms and conditions, you, the member, are allowed to register for another Thunder Services account. If you are found in violation, however, you may be banned from the Thunder Services server and or these Support Forums and will not be allowed to register for another account. 2 - The Applications All applications are distributed freely by Thunder Services and have no guarantee of working at all times. All applications are currently hosted through HostGator, which claims to have a 99.9% guaranteed uptime, but Thunder Services is not responsible for upholding this claim. Upon any type of error within the applications, which may hender service, any actions that are necessary may be taken to fix the error, including the terminating of an account. Thunder Services creates weekly back ups of all data, which are non-distributable, so accounts and application service can be restored when possible. 3.1 - Prohibited Content Under no circumstances are you allowed to use or post anything to the server or this forum that displays, gives instructions about or promotes prohibited content. Prohibited content includes anything that breaks local, county, state, or national laws as well as anything that:
3.2 - Prohibited Conversion Resources Certain game makers have specified that they do not want their games altered in any way. The avoid any problems with software piracy, copyright infringement or law suits, conversions of games from the following websites are strictly prohibited.
4.1 - Registration Distribution One administrator of each Forum Network is allowed to register one account for his or her entire Forum Network. If an administrator registers more than one account on the Support Forums to create a second, third, etc. account, all service to applications will be terminated. If an administrator permits another member of his or her Forum Network to create an account to be installed on the same Forum Network, all service to applications will be terminated. 4.2 - Account Distribution With the future release of Thunder Services 1.0.2 all Thunder Services accounts will can enable multiple forums to use the same account. Currently, this feature is not available. Please note that all Thunder Arcade scores will be global, not local, to every forum in the Forum Network. |
